Comprehensive Job Creation Strategy (2011-2015)
Chattanooga CAN DO (2011-2015) is a public-private partnership to fund the region's comprehensive job creation strategy.

The components of the initiative include:
- Support for Small Businesses and Start-Ups: The INCubator is located on Cherokee Blvd. in North Chattanooga. The Chamber runs this former manufacturing facility as one of the largest and most successful business incubators in the U.S. in partnership with Hamilton County, which owns the building.
- Existing Business Retention and Expansion: The Existing Business team is constantly working with local companies to provide them a range of expansion and retention support.
- Global Business Recruitment: The Chamber implements a targeted recruitment strategy which includes an international public relations campaign.
- Workforce Preparation and Education: In addition to the Chamber's award-winning School-to-Work program, we are a partner in the Principal leadership Academy the Hamilton County STEM program.
