Operation Thank You
The Chamber's 2008 Operation Thank You will be held March 27. We are recruiting 125 volunteers for this important event, designed to increase membership retention. Volunteers will make personal visits to over one third of our membership during this one-day event.
Operation Thank You will begin with a continental breakfast at 8 a.m. at the Chattanoogan Hotel where volunteers may pick up vie give-away/goodie bags to deliver to businesses centrally located within their council zip code. It will conclude at 5 p.m. with a Business After Hours from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., sponsored by the Chattanoogan and AT&T Real Yellow Pages. Special prize drawings for 2008 OTY volunteers will be held.
Your company may sponsor this exciting program for only $300. You will be featured on all promotional material and may put a logo item (pens, mouse page, post-its, cups, etc.) in all of the 550 give-away bags that will be delivered by our smiling volunteers. You will also be recognized at the Business After Hours celebration that evening. Sponsorship opportunities are limited and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmed sponsors are Northwest Geogia Bank, AT&T Real Yellow Pages, MetLife, Hospice, Best Buy, and University of Phoenix.
Your company may also contribute by donating a door prize to give away at the Business After Hours. We are trying to collect many door prizes so we may reward our wonderful volunteers.
Remember this will be a fun event. Volunteers are not asking for money, just simply thanking Chamber members for their support.
