The Chattanoogan’s outstanding culinary team will be preparing a lavish Easter Lilly Champagne Brunch with a special Kids’ Station with delectable delights for younger guests. The Brunch will be served from 11 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. on Easter Sunday, April 4. The price is $32.95 for adults and $16.95 for children ages five - 12. Little ones four and under eat for free. The Easter Lilly Champagne Brunch, which includes unlimited champagne, will begin with a variety of wonderful starters, such as The Chattanoogan’s amazing in-house smoked Mackerel and Rainbow Trout, Citrus Spiced Peel and Eat Shrimp, Mediterranean Seafood Cocktail, and Vodka Grapefruit Cured Salmon. A variety of delicious salads and The Broad Street Grille Antipasto Bar with Cured Meats, Farmhouse Cheeses, Marinated Vegetables, Assorted House-Made Hummus, and Grilled Flatbreads are also featured.
Mustard Glazed Virginia Ham with Roasted Pineapple Chutney and Scallop Caponata with Spring Vidalia-Onion Risotto will be featured at the Chef’s Action Station.

Classic breakfast dishes, such as Applewood Smoked Bacon, Farm Fresh Scrambled Eggs with Garden Chives, Breakfast Potatoes with Onions and Peppers, Sausage Gravy with Buttermilk Biscuits, and Poached Eggs over Sweet Polenta Cakes with Prosciutto and Puttanesca Hollandaise, will be served. In addition, chefs will be preparing made-to-order omelets.
