Porters Steakhouse Renovation is Complete
Chattanooga, TN (July 5, 2010) — The Sheraton Read House is pleased to announce that Porter’s Steakhouse Chattanooga has completed its month-long renovation and refurbishment and has re-opened with a fresh new look.
"We are all extremely happy with the way things have turned out. From the furniture and flooring to the additions to the menu – everything looks terrific," said Paul M. Mezick, general manager of The Sheraton Read House Hotel.
In addition to Porter’s signature menu selections, guests can now choose from more locally supplied items, vegetarian options and organic beverage choices. Two more HD LCD televisions have been added to the lounge area. Porter’s Private Dining has also been updated and features a 42" HD LCD television ideal for business presentations.
Mezick extended his appreciation to hotel guests and local patrons for their patience during the time the restaurant was closed. "Although we offered an alternative dining option in the hotel, it is clear that people simply love Porter’s," he said. "Our customers are very loyal, and we are confident our new look will please them and will also attract new patrons."
