Volkswagen Chattanooga Hires First 100 New Production Team Members
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (8 March, 2012) — Volkswagen Chattanooga has hired the first group of about 100 employees from its variable workforce provided by Aerotek. These jobs represent hiring in addition to the previous 2000 Volkswagen team members already hired.
This follows on the announcement in late January that 200 new positions are needed as Volkswagen Chattanooga increases production output from 31 to 35 cars per hour.
