Chattanooga, TN (August 9, 2010) - Wingard Quality Supply, LLC (WQS) has been awarded the contract for tire and wheel assembly for the Chattanooga Volkswagen plant. Wingard, which will relocate its headquarters from California to the Volkswagen Supplier Park, will hire between 20 and 25 employees and is already working with a local staffing agency.
