The Microsoft Tool called SharePoint, was implemented so that organizational departments could utilize this interactive platform for sharing information and working in teams therefore providing a centralized location for day-to-day information. LBMC Technologies, a member of the LBMC Family of Companies, and a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, worked alongside LBMC’s internal technology department on the infrastructure of SharePoint to meet the needs of the organization from both a business and technology perspective. Today, this tool has become an intrical part of how LBMC operates daily. Groups and departments continue to find more ways to use SharePoint as a communication tool, meeting preparation, and to answer general questions.
Recent new additions include sections on training, reporting and employee classifieds. New sections and tools are being continuously added and employees have found the tool to be their first ‘go to’ place for departmental, practice and general LBMC information. The tool will continue to evolve and grow with LBMC.
