Held in conjunction with EXPO Chattanooga, the Small Business Awards recognize member organizations with fewer than 300 employees that are making a unique mark on our local business ecosystem.
In conjunction with a half-day summit, the Diversify luncheon highlights issues related to diverse business growth and inclusion. Keynoted by a diversity expert, approximately 750 active community members attend.
Leadership Chattanooga Celebration
This dinner celebrates the graduating class of Leadership Chattanooga, a Chamber Foundation program that prepares promising local professionals for prominent business, cultural and political roles through a 10-month leadership development program.

Chamber Day on the Hill
While the Tennessee General Assembly is in session, participants hear from state leaders—such as the speaker of the Tennessee House of Representatives and the lieutenant governor—and visit with Hamilton County’s state delegation.

Community Leaders Breakfast
This breakfast is designed to welcome new leaders in our community and honor top member-investors. Invitees include our President’s Club and Executive Circle members, as well as new CEOs who have moved into their role over the past year.

This family-friendly event allows Top Investors to socialize with business peers across different sectors in a relaxed atmosphere. A popular event open to our Executive Circle members, the Social Event features outstanding door prizes and a fun venue.

Chamber Open House

This event allows 11th and 12th graders the opportunity to network with college representatives and members of the business community. Vendors participate by setting up booths and sharing information about higher education and career opportunities.
