In the past year, the Chamber continued its commitment to the local entrepreneurial ecosystem, largely through our partnership with Hamilton County in the INCubator – an established, long-running program that has graduated more than 565 companies into the local market.

Chattanooga’s Most Innovative Companies

INCubator clients made national news with a series of impressive awards in the past year. Branch Technology led a NASA competition with support from Techmer PM Materials, winning $83,000. Collider competed at 36/86 and TechCrunch Disrupt, where they placed second. Tennessee awarded Daniel LeVan of ENERG3 2017 Small Business Person of the Year.

Growing the Incubator

The INCubator expanded its facilities this year, with the addition of the Founders Club, a common space where clients can meet, collaborate and relax. We also welcomed ChattLab, our first makerspace and virtual reality lab.
