Chattanooga Area Manager of the Year

The first Chattanooga Area Manager of the Year Award was presented in 1986 when a core group of professionals representing partner organizations formed together to recognize a community leader.  The purpose of honoring the Chattanooga Area Manager of the Year is to present a role model for future leaders, express the community’s appreciation for their service, and celebrate the individual’s success and contributions to the greater Chattanooga Community.  It was originally held in conjunction with Management Week in America and presented annually to an executive whose management skills have profoundly influenced the key elements of American business, industry, governmental or non-profit activity.  In 2020, this award was incorporated into the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting.

  • Date of Event:  September 17
