About Young Professionals of Chattanooga
Young Professionals of Chattanooga (YPC) hosts over 24 events each year. These include professional development events with our luncheon speakers and panel events, networking events with our monthly After Hours and supporting community-wide volunteer opportunities.
YPC, formerly Young Professionals Association of Chattanooga (YPAC), was formed in 2005 by a group of young professionals who recognized a need to provide young talent from a variety of professions the opportunity to network, develop and become more involved in the community. From this and how it relates to retaining young talent, they established YPAC, which is now known as YPC.
To develop the infrastructure and programs to support the attraction and retention of diverse, young talent required to promote the continued growth and prosperity of our community and economy.
YPC is committed to creating events and programs that promote networking, deepen connections and build community among young, diverse talent, and formulate and execute group activities which are aimed at improving professional development for young professionals
YPC recognized the need to support efforts and programs that develop, educate and enable Chattanooga’s next generation of leadership, and coordinate all activities of the organization within the overall program and policies of the Chattanooga Chamber Foundation
