Under the leadership of the VP, Talent Initiatives, Huff develops and executes strategies that enhance the ability of the Chamber to craft programming to enhance diverse and work-ready talent acquisition, assimilation and growth strategies that support the human capital needs of regional employers. Ensures the Talent Initiatives team works to  establish and promote collaborative partnerships with business, education and community leaders to build innovative approaches to talent pipeline development. Implements efforts to build strong collaborative relationships to foster change that enhances community leadership, supports educational outcomes and promotes the acquisition, development, retention and assimilation of talent required to stimulate and support economic growth.

Serves on interdepartmental digital and social media team and liaises with Council communications volunteers.
