About Leadership Chattanooga
Established in 1984, Leadership Chattanooga is a 10-month leadership development program for local, mid-career professionals.
- Explores community issues as part of developing leadership skills
- Prepares participants to succeed in prominent business, cultural and political roles
Leadership Chattanooga, offered by our Chattanooga Chamber Foundation, helps employers retain talent by providing comprehensive leadership training through experiential learning opportunities, community service projects and interaction with our community's top leadership.
Leadership Chattanooga participants meet monthly to explore different aspects of leadership as well as various community challenges.

- Arts, culture and quality of life
- Economic development
- Justice and law enforcement
- Local government
- State Government
- Talent Development
More than 1,800 people are proud to call themselves Leadership Chattanooga alumni. The Leadership Chattanooga Alumni Association (LCAA) offers ongoing professional development, networking and leadership opportunities.
Tuition for the program is currently $2,900 and partial scholarships and payment plan options are available.
